Lax
Lax is the Partner and Chief Development Officer at Lax.Mi – Design & Build Solution Company, bringing with him over 30 years of extensive experience in the industry.
He has completed a Project Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, along with a postgraduate qualification in Construction and Infrastructure Management from MIT Pune. He also holds a degree in Hotel Management from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
Throughout his career, Lax has successfully delivered more than 450 projects, including cafes, restaurants, pubs, breweries, kiosks, and central kitchens across India and international markets.
He has worked with and delivered several well-known brand projects such as Samosa Party, Mumbai Pav Co, Harleys, Potful, Third Wave Coffee, Thalappakatti Biryani, Social, Barbeque Nation, Smoke House Deli, Onesta, Mocha, Salt Water Cafe, Farzi Cafe, and Papaya.
Mithun Kumar Sinha
Mithun Kumar Sinha is the Partner and Chief Project Officer at Lax.Mi Design & Build Solution Company, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in the industry.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and has been instrumental in delivering a wide range of projects across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
Over the course of his career, Mithun has worked with several reputed organizations and brands including Hyatt Place, Ahmedabad One Mall, HMSHost, PVR Cinemas, Indiranagar Club, McDonald's, Bangalore Club, Manipal Hospitals, Rameshwaram Cafe, Subway, Samosa Party, Mumbai Pav Co, Harleys, Potful, Third Wave Coffee, Licious, Brik Oven, The Bier Library, KFC, Pizza Hut, and IndiaFirst Life Insurance, among others.
Arpita G R
Arpita G R is an Associate Lead Interior Designer with 5 years of professional experience in the field of interior design. She holds a Master's degree in Interior Design and has contributed to a variety of projects across the Food & Beverage, Retail, Residential, and Interior Design sectors.
Throughout her career, she has worked with brands and organizations such as Mumbai Pav Co, Potful Biryani, and Samosa Party, as well as companies like Enzo Interiors, Square Edge Interiors, and AB Technologies.
Sanjeev Kumar
Sanjeev Kumar is an Associate Architect with 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has been involved in a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.
Over the years, he has worked with well-known brands such as Pizza Hut, Theobroma, Flipspaces, Barbeque Nation, and Samosa Party, along with successfully delivering numerous commercial and residential projects.
Priti Kalra
Priti Kalra is an Associate Architect with 14 years of extensive experience in architectural design and execution. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has worked on a wide range of projects across retail, food & beverage, and commercial sectors.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with several prominent brands including Pizza Hut, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King, Asian Paints, Bhima Jewellers, Haldiram's, Corner House Ice Cream, Mumbai Pav Co, and Samosa Party.
She has also contributed to projects for brands such as Riverside Coffee, Sabko Coffee, The Coffee Club, Regal Jewellers, Varman Aviation, and several other commercial ventures, showcasing her versatility and strong project delivery capabilities.

Sumit Kumar is a Senior Project Manager with 8 years of experience in managing and executing projects across the food, retail, and hospitality sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has developed strong expertise in coordinating end-to-end project delivery.

Chef Praveen Gonsalves is an Associate Consulting Chef and Business Development Lead with 24 years of rich experience in the hospitality and food service industry. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and brings deep expertise in culinary operations, concept development, and business growth.
Over the years, he has worked with a diverse range of well-known brands and organizations including The Pizza Bakery, Paris Panini, Smash Guys, Barbeque Nation, Onesta, Thalappakatti Biryani, Krispy Kreme, Café Coffee Day, Just Bake, and The Yellow Chilli, as well as global organizations like Landmark Group and Compass Group.
His extensive experience spans across restaurant operations, menu engineering, and scaling successful food concepts.
